A small group of villagers have been working on the Neighbourhood Plan. The idea is to produce a blueprint for the type of village we want in the future. To date, because of outside pressures from Leeds City Council and central government, the majority of the time has been spent looking at the 15 sites indicated for possible development.
On Saturday 10th you will have a chance to give us your views on what you think of the sites and whether or not you agree with the views of the Steering Committee.
The day is split into two sessions as follows:
10 – 12.30pm Look at site plans and give your views
12.30 – 1pm Question and Answer session
1 – 3.30pm Look at site plans and give your views
3.30 – 4pm Question and Answer session
We are trying to anticipate the housing need over the next 15 years and we need your views to get the right solution for the village.
Please encourage all members of your household to come to this meeting – young as well as old – and have your say in how our village should develop over the next two decades
